Information You Provide
Search Queries
When you type a name, location, or other search term into a sponsored search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Acadia Parish County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Contact Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we use the information in that message to review and respond. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.

Outside Websites
This site links to resources such as the APSO roster, the Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office, the Acadia Parish Clerk of Court, the Louisiana imprisoned-person locator, VINELink, BOP, ICE, and outside search tools. Louisiana Public Records Law, including La. R.S. 44:31, may govern access to records held by Louisiana public bodies, but each outside website controls its own privacy practices after you leave this site.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure ad activity or show interest-based ads across websites. Their privacy notices, not this notice, control that tracking.

Security Practices
We use reasonable safeguards for a small public information site, but no website, server, email account, or internet transmission can be made fully secure. We cannot promise breach-proof storage or transmission.
